Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. We make every attempt to keep our online catalog as current as possible, but some items may become discontinued from the manufacturer and therefore not shippable. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of your submission. If you wish to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Closeout and discontinued items are first come – first serve and limited to stock on hand. There are no refunds or exchanges on closeout items so be sure to verify it is the item you want before ordering.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared. We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your order prior to billing and shipping.

Shipping Calculations: See shipping table below. Please note, free shipping over $200.00 excludes items that are considered oversized, chemicals and tires. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to freight charges. Orders not shipped using UPS ground do not qualify for free freight.

Motorcycle tires are a flat fee of $9.95 per tire.
Scooter & Pit Bike tires are a flat fee of $8.95 per tire.
ATV tires a flat fee of $11.95 per tire.
ATV Sand Tire Kits are a flat fee of $17.95 per kit.


In the case of an order including both a “flat fee item” such as a tire and other products, the shipping cost for the other products will be based on their value and charged according to the chart above. The flat charge for the tire will then be added to the shipping total.

Shipment By UPS: All orders are sent via UPS Ground unless a different service is requested (additional shipping charges may apply). Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii will have an additional shipping cost applied. We ship only within the United States and do not ship to PO Boxes. Chemicals can only be sent using UPS ground. Orders paid with a credit card can only be shipped to the billing address associated with the card.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. We will notify you of any backordered items as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of your order being processed. Backordered items are shipped immediately after they come in using UPS ground service unless the order has been cancelled or other shipping arrangements have been made. A backorder may be cancelled for a full refund any time up until the item is released and shipped from the manufacturer. We make every effort to ship your order in the shortest amount of time possible, but can not be held responsible for problems arising from delayed delivery.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.


Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to correct any problems with your order. If you have any questions regarding fitment or color codes, please contact us prior to placing your order. If you have an item you wish to return for any reason, you must contact us first and obtain a return authorization number. If the item meets the return criteria, we will issue you a Return Authorization number. (RA#) This number must be written on the outside of the shipping container on all returns. Do not write on the packaging of the item. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

return criteria: The item must be received back at our location within 14 days of customer receipt with the return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the shipping container (returns with writing on the original packaging of the item will not be accepted). The item must be in the original packaging, undamaged and in re-sellable condition. Items that are not eligible for return include anything that has been used by the customer, closeout or discontinued items, electrical items and special order items. Customer is responsible for return freight charges. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Order errors, defects or damaged items: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, damaged or defective you must contact us immediately upon receiving the product. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt of the item to be eligible for a refund. If there is an error on RideNow.com’s part or if you received defective merchandise, we will issue a UPS call tag. The shipping cost to return the merchandise will be your responsibility for any other reasons such as fitment issues. Some items such as DVD’s or Videos may only be eligible for exchange and will not be refunded. We will gladly pass along any manufacturers warranty against defective materials or workmanship. We will have your item repaired or replaced per the manufacturer’s warranty. Return freight charges for warranty are the customer’s responsibility. We must receive the item at our returns address at least 5 days prior to the expiration of the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of your order. If an item is damaged in shipping to the customer, we will issue a call tag to have the item returned and will ship a replacement product as soon as possible. Do not accept delivery for a clearly damaged package. Some warranties are handled direct with the manufacturer. We will provide you with all the necessary information to handle your claim if this is the case.

Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.

Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to Metro Motorsports

Refunds: Returned items will be refunded to the same credit card they were purchased on originally. If the card is no longer available, the refund will be made via company check to the purchasers name and mailed to the shipping address on the order. Freight charges are not refundable unless the order has not yet been processed.

Special orders: Special order items that have already been processed are subject to a 20% restocking fee if cancelled.


Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped to AZ, NV, TX, NM, NC and FL


Payment Methods

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & Money Orders. Sorry, No COD or Personal Checks. All payments are processed securely through the industry standard SSL. All orders will be charged in full at the time the order is processed. Credit card purchases verified for your protection. Orders can only be shipped to the verifiable billing address on the credit card.


Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.

Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed accurate. Prices subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the pricing in our online catalog, mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices, and we reserve the right to correct any pricing error. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason. Discounts and special offers cannot be combined.
