Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to correct any problems with your order. If you have any questions regarding fitment or color codes, please contact us prior to placing your order.
If you have an item you wish to return for any reason, you must contact us first and obtain a return authorization number.
If the item meets the return criteria, we will issue you a Return Authorization number. (RA#) This number must be written on the outside of the shipping container on all returns. Do not write on the packaging of the item.
Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.
return criteria: The item must be received back at our location within 14 days of customer receipt with the return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the shipping container (returns with writing on the original packaging of the item will not be accepted). The item must be in the original packaging, undamaged and in re-sellable condition. Items that are not eligible for return include anything that has been used by the customer, closeout or discontinued items, electrical items and special order items. Customer is responsible for return freight charges.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
Order errors, defects or damaged items: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, damaged or defective you must contact us immediately upon receiving the product. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt of the item to be eligible for a refund.
If there is an error on RideNow.com’s part or if you received defective merchandise, we will issue a UPS call tag. The shipping cost to return the merchandise will be your responsibility for any other reasons such as fitment issues.
Some items such as DVD’s or Videos may only be eligible for exchange and will not be refunded.
We will gladly pass along any manufacturers warranty against defective materials or workmanship. We will have your item repaired or replaced per the manufacturer’s warranty. Return freight charges for warranty are the customer’s responsibility. We must receive the item at our returns address at least 5 days prior to the expiration of the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of your order.
If an item is damaged in shipping to the customer, we will issue a call tag to have the item returned and will ship a replacement product as soon as possible. Do not accept delivery for a clearly damaged package.
Some warranties are handled direct with the manufacturer. We will provide you with all the necessary information to handle your claim if this is the case.
Incorrect Size: No charge for exchange. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.
Customer Order Error: Incorrect customer orders can be exchanged for any other item without paying the restocking charge. However, the customer will pay the additional shipping and handling charge. The replacement item must be at least 75% of the value of the original item.
Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase.
Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Refunds: Returned items will be refunded to the same credit card they were purchased on originally. If the card is no longer available, the refund will be made via company check to the purchasers name and mailed to the shipping address on the order.
Freight charges are not refundable unless the order has not yet been processed.
Special orders:
Special order items that have already been processed are subject to a 20% restocking fee if cancelled.
